The market at Plaza Mayor closes and the Central Market of Sabadell opens, at which point the street stall moves into a permanent physical space.

The remodeled Central Market is reopened, making the Sabadell market one of the reference markets within the national scope for its services and the major remodeling that was carried out.

Àlex Castany Sanmartí decides to enter the family business while finishing his degree final project.

The butcher’s shop was opened to expand the business beyond poultry, which had been its focus until then.

Japan opened its borders to wagyu and in September 2014 we began to work with this material.

We acquired a larger, much more central and modern and we changed the location of the shop.
2020
The fifth generation suffers a sudden loss of leadership and Àlex Castany becomes the company's manager.

We inaugurated the Meat Embassy space, a showroom open for tastings, meetings, presentations and photo shoots.
